Football Classes for Children aged 2 – 11

Terms & Conditions | THA Football Centres

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions delivered by THA Football Centres. By booking onto any session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made via Class4Kids.

  • Sessions are paid for on a monthly basis
  • At the end of each month, players are automatically enrolled onto the register for the following month
  • A payment link will be sent for the upcoming month

To continue attending sessions, payment must be made before the start of the new month.

Holding a Place

If a child is unable to attend for a full month but wishes to keep their place:

  • The month must still be paid for
  • If payment is not made, the place will be released
  • The player will need to rejoin the waiting list

Trials

We offer paid trial sessions.

  • A trial consists of a one-off paid session
  • If the player wishes to continue, they will be added to the register
  • Payment will then be required for the remaining sessions in that month

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your child’s place:

  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next monthly cycle
  • Your child will be removed from the register for the following month

If notice is not given in time, you may still be liable for the upcoming month.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions
  • We do not offer refunds if a child stops attending mid-month
  • All monthly payments are non-refundable once paid

Missed Sessions

If a child is unable to attend a session:

  • The session is forfeited
  • No refunds, credits or make-up sessions are provided

Session Cancellations (THA Football Centres)

If a session is cancelled by THA Football Centres due to:

  • Weather
  • Coach illness
  • Venue issues

The session will be carried over:

  • A free session will be applied in the following month

Behaviour Policy

We aim to create a safe and positive environment for all players.

If a child displays disruptive behaviour:

  1. A verbal warning will be given
  2. Continued behaviour will result in a first formal warning to parents
  3. Ongoing issues may result in removal from sessions

If a child behaves in a way that is unsafe:

  • They may be removed immediately from the session

In cases where a child is removed due to behaviour:

  • A refund will be issued for any remaining sessions in that month

Safeguarding & Responsibility

  • Parents are encouraged to stay and watch sessions
  • THA Football Centres has safeguarding procedures and emergency action plans in place

Please note:

  • Responsibility begins when a child is handed over to the coach
  • Responsibility ends once the child has been collected

We are not responsible for children before or after sessions.

Collection of Children

  • Parents must inform us in advance if someone else is collecting their child
  • In some cases, a password system may be used to confirm identity

Medical Information & Consent

  • All medical information must be provided during booking via Class4Kids
  • By booking, you consent to basic first aid being administered if required

Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions
  • These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Consent preferences can be managed during the booking process.
  • We follow a strict safeguarding procedure to ensure all marketing material is checked and vetted before posting

Clothing & Equipment

For safety and participation:

  • Shin pads are strongly recommended (especially ages 5+)
  • Suitable footwear must be worn

Footwear Guidelines

  • Indoor sessions: trainers or astro turf trainers
  • 2G surfaces: astro turf trainers only (no boots)
  • 3G surfaces: moulded boots or astro turf trainers (no metal studs)

Players may be unable to participate if footwear is deemed unsafe.

Liability

Football is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury.

By attending sessions:

  • Parents/guardians accept this risk
  • THA Football Centres is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence

Session Changes

If you would like to:

  • Change session
  • Change location
  • Join a different group

Changes to Terms & Conditions

THA Football Centres reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
